Guest(s) booking must be over the age of 25 and must occupy the home for the duration of the reservation.  

As good neighbors and part of the City of Ventura's Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10p.m - 7:00a.m.

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes.

No open flames, candles or lanterns.

No events, or commercial photography or filming without written permission before booking. 

No drug use or illegal activity of any kind.

Check-in window after 3:00 p.m. 

Check out window before 11:00 a.m.
